Move quickly, but not too quick…

That moment when you make a little mistake. You may be the only person that notices, but then again, it could be obvious to a load of people.

There’s a tight grip in your stomach and your chest tightens. Your breath gets a little shallow and you have to make an effort to reground yourself. You have some negative self talk “that was such a stupid mistake” and then kind self talk “anyone could have made that mistake, it’s not a big deal.” You take a few deep breaths and move on with your day.

I’m not telling what it is and hopefully no one will notice. Fingers crossed.
